People are always very nice and knowledgeable. Service for a popped front tire took longer than expected. The car got towed to dealer on a Friday late afternoon and we had to wait until Monday to pick it up. Also had to replace both back tires at 10,000 miles on a car that came straight from factory!! That was a bit shocking and unheard of. It’s my first BMW. I’m a 45 yr old female so not a “spirited” driver as the tires were referenced. My hope is that these tires last a lot longer!
