Pretty much every encounter I’ve had with this dealership was advantageous on their behalf or inconvenience online. From sales to inventory to dealing with the finance department to service has all been difficult, a hassle, and expensive. I would recommend you take your business to a different BMW dealership. It’s a nice car, just not sold by a well operating, convenient, or helpful dealership. To be clear, I would buy this car again. I just wouldn’t buy it from these people.
We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Tampa on December 31 2025. First of all we had the absolute WORST experience with the management and finance staff. Despite being responsive and first to initiate the process, my application was not handled with urgency, and the vehicle was sold to a walk-in customer while my approval was still pending.

This BMW dealership has nothing but got downhill in service and sales. Its worst now than the first time I bought a car which was not that great. This time around they lacked response, refused to give me details on how they came up with low ball trade in offer, and had a bunch of Stupid add on fees to their sales sheets! I’ve been a loyal BMW Tampa customer for years and have brought four different BMWs here for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My regular service advisor is no longer there, and the person I worked with this time was inattentive and not knowledgeable. Complete waste of time talking with these guys. Was ready to buy a Cayenne and talked with one of the managers that even gave me his personal number. We agreed on a price and I was even interested in buying two new vehicles as well. Horrible experience! I have tried twice to use their service department since it is the closest location. Both times I was treated poorly. I felt dismissed and was not given truthful information. I was asked to spend money on a brand new car that was not my responsibility. Run!!! Dont waste your time. These are investors not car people. By the way they treeat people and former customers the only thing that makes sense is that they need to lose money. Disappointing.. Recently bought a used CPO car from this dealership. Worked with them online and over the phone as they had a car that I was specifically looking for. Purchased my vehicle from here and had a great experience with Trey. I did most of the transaction remotely as I am about a hour away from this dealership. Chase was my finance manager and he got all the paperwork complete with ease. After the purchase my experience with Amanda in service has been top notch as well. Thieves!!!!!!!! They padded my bill by 8k and flat out lied about what I was signing. Told me the best interest rate they could get for me was 26.6%. The following month I refinanced at 5.1%

BMW of Tampa has unlawful practices when it comes to deceptive (inflating) prices and “add-ons” that are not required. They lead you to believe you have to pay for the add ons and then take the rebate you deserve to get (but the dealer collects). Totally dishonest and corrupt dealership. Do not go there and get screwed like I did!!!! They have no conscience about stealing from people. Hopefully, the Federal Trade Commission will investigate this dealership soon.
